I really like the rain irl XD so the fact that you made rain guarantees a thumbs up from me for this one
On a serious note:
Nice pick on colors. It is really vibrant. I can say the colors are balanced since none of them stand out above the rest. Nice work on contrast too since even though the choice of colors was innately contrasting, it doesn't sore the eyes.
The backdrop of pink Sakura trees only serves to further emphasize the foreground element so it was good pick imo. It also gives a feeling that the weather is cloudy providing the ambience.
I was thinking it'll be better if it was a shower but I guess a drizzle will do since a shower will probably just provide noise instead drawing emphasis out of the main foreground element
Another thing is the shadows but I guess the shadows I have in mind are not your style but evenso it looks fabulous.
